So after a summer of hard pre-season training and some friendly matches for both 1st XV, club sides and the 3rds entering the Enfys 7's, its finally time for the official 2017/18 season to start.
The first weekend see's the 1st XV start their campaign in Div 2 East Central with a trip across the city to play at the 'Harlequins Ground' against St Peters RFC. 'The Rocks' finished last season in 4th place in this league so will be a good barometer of our standing as we drop down to this division following last seasons last-game relegation.
Meanwhile the 2nd XV grace The Diamond Ground as they host Rumney when they open their Cardiff and District campagn.
Whilst no game scheduled this weekend, its also great news that the club are running a Youth side again this year. Lok forward to seeing / reporting on their progress.
